Cleaning Solution
There are various cleaning solutions to choose from but we advise you to look for a solution that comes with a disinfectant. If you don’t have it, the dish-washing liquid detergent would be sufficient. You will also need a scrub brush with a tough bristle to completely eliminate the remaining droppings. The scrub together with the detergent will loosen the stain on the concrete surface.

Sawdust
After brushing the concrete surface, do not immediately wash away the surface with water. Instead, prepare a decent amount of sawdust and cover the surface. The sawdust has the capacity to absorb the moisture and the soap. This is a better way to get rid of the soap on the surface. It should only take 20 minutes for the sawdust to absorb the content. After this, you can easily sweep the sawdust using your dustpan and broom.

Treat the Surface
Discoloration and stains will not be completely eliminated on the concrete surface using the procedure aforementioned. As a better solution, you will need to prepare an ammonia-hydrogen peroxide solution to clear the discoloration. Simply pour the solution directly on the stain. Scrub it and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Again, cover it with sawdust to absorb the remaining solution. Once it dries up, sweep the sawdust on the surface.
